To apply for the Government of India Post-Matric Scholarship, the applicant has to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

The beneficiary student should be a resident of Maharashtra.

The annual income of students’ families should be less than Rs 2.5 lakh.
The student should pass SSC / equivalent matriculation.

For Post Matric Tuition Fee and Examination Fee

To apply for the Post Matric Tuition Fee and Examination Fee, the applicant has to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

The beneficiary student should be a resident of Maharashtra.
The students should belong to the Scheduled Caste or Neo Buddhist.
The annual income of students’ families should be less than Rs 2.5 lakh.
The student should pass SSC / equivalent matriculation.
The institute in which the student is studying should be recognized by the Maharashtra Government.
The students should be given admission through the CAP round only for Professional Courses.

For Maintenance Allowance for Students Studying in Professional Courses

To apply for the Maintenance Allowance for Students Studying in Professional Courses, the applicant has to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

Students must be scholarship holders of the Government of India.
Students admitted to professional courses can only avail the benefit of this scheme.
The annual income of students’ families should be less than Rs 2.5 lakh.
Students should be studying professional courses and staying in hostels.

For Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship

To apply for the Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship, the applicant has to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

The beneficiary student should be a resident of Maharashtra.
The beneficiary should belong to SC, to apply for this scheme.
There is no income limit in this scheme, everyone can apply for this scheme despite their economic status.
Students must be studying in class 11th or 12th.
Students have to score at least 75% on the 10th board.

Post-Matric Scholarship for Persons with Disability

Tuition Fee and Exam Fee for Tribal Students	Students who belong to the SC community are eligible for this scheme. The annual income of students’ families should be less than Rs 2.5 lakh.
Vocational Education Fee for Reimbursement	Students who belong to the SC community are eligible for this scheme. The annual income of students’ families should be less than Rs 2.5 lakh. Students enrolled in vocational education courses such as Engineering, Pharmacy, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, Vastu Shastra, MBA, and MCA will be eligible.

Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Scheme	The applicant should be a resident of Maharashtra. Students who belong to Maharashtra and Karnataka state borders can apply for this scheme. The annual income of students’ families should be less than Rs 8 lakh. General Category students can apply for this scheme. Courses that students have enrolled in must be approved by the government or AICTE. The student should not receive any other scholarship benefits. Students should not have a gap of 2 years during their course. Students should have given all semester exams.
Assistance to Meritorious Students Scholarship – Junior Level	Students of class 11th and 12th are eligible for this scheme. The students must have a DHE sanctioned letter. The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra can apply for this scheme.
Education Concession to the Children of Ex-Servicemen	Applicant’s son / daughter / wife / widow of ex-servicemen are eligible for this scheme. Students have to be enrolled in government-aided colleges. The Maharashtrian Students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
Eklavya Scholarship	The beneficiary student should be a resident of Maharashtra. Students must have graduated in law, commerce, and arts degree courses with at least 60% marks and science with at least 70% marks. The annual income of the student’s parents should be less than Rs 75000. The beneficiary should not work a part-time or full-time job. Maharashtrian Students studying outside Maharashtra are ineligible for this scheme.
State Government Open Merit Scholarship	The applicant should be a resident of Maharashtra. The applicant has to secure at least 60% marks in class 12th. Students who have enrolled in arts, commerce, science, and law courses can only apply for this scheme. Maharashtrian Students studying outside Maharashtra are ineligible for this scheme.
Possessing Mathematics/Physics	The applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra State. To avail the benefit of this scheme, students should have to secure 60% in science and 60% in Maths & Physics in class 12th. Maharashtrian Students studying outside Maharashtra are ineligible for this scheme.
Government Vidyaniketan Scholarship	The student should have passed the class 10th exam with at least 60% from the State Government Vidyanikethan only. Maharashtrian Students studying outside Maharashtra are ineligible for this scheme.
State Government Daxshina Adhichatra Scholarship	The applicant should only be a graduate student from a non-agricultural university. Maharashtrian Students studying outside Maharashtra are ineligible for this scheme.
Government Research Adichatra	The applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra. Postgraduate students can apply for this scheme. The beneficiary should secure 60% marks in post-graduation. Maharashtrian Students studying outside Maharashtra are ineligible for this scheme.

Jawaharlal Nehru University Scholarship	The students should be a domicile of Maharashtra. The Maharashtrian students who have studied at JNU. The UG and PG JNU students can apply for the scholarship.
Assistance to Meritorious Students Scholarship – Senior Level	Students studying in classes 11th and 12th are eligible for this scholarship. Maharashtrian Students studying outside Maharashtra are eligible for this scheme.
Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Vasatigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna (DHE)	The student should be a permanent resident of Maharashtra. The annual income of students’ families should be less than Rs 8 lakh. The applicants should not avail of any benefits of other Nirvah Bhatta. For professional courses, applicants who are registered laborers or children of the underprivileged, or both are eligible. The applicant should be given the examination every semester or yearly.

The applicant should be admitted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The applicant should not be receiving any benefits from another scholarship scheme. Only 2 children from 1 family can apply for this scheme. The annual income of the applicant’s family should be less than Rs 8 lakhs. The minimum attendance of applicants in the last semester should be at least 50%. Students should not have a gap of 2 or more years, during their course.
Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Vastigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna (DTE)	The student should be a permanent resident of Maharashtra. The applicant should be from Bonafide Student of Institute and have taken admission on technical or professional courses. Students of the deemed university are not eligible. The applicant should be admitted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The applicant should not be receiving any benefits from another scholarship scheme. Post-Matric Scholarship for VJNT Students	Applicants should belong to SBC, VJNT, and OBC category. The student pursuing the course should be approved by the government. The annual income of the applicant’s family should be less than Rs 1 lakhs. The applicant should apply for the scholarship via the CAP system. The applicant has to secure 75% attendance in their current year.
Tuition Fees and Examination Fees to VJNT Students	Applicants should belong to the VJNT category. The applicant should be a resident of Maharashtra. The annual income of the applicant’s family should be less than Rs 8 lakhs. The students enrolled in degree courses in Health Science etc. are eligible to apply. Open education will apply to students enrolled in aided or aided government colleges in technical education. Post Matric Scholarship to OBC Students	The applicant should belong to the OBC category. The application has been enrolled via CAP round for professional courses. The student pursuing the course should be approved by the government. Applicants have to secure 75% attendance in their current year.
Post Matric Scholarship to SBC Students	The applicant should be a resident of Maharashtra. The applicant should belong to the SBC category. The annual income of the applicant’s family should be less than Rs 1lakhs. The student pursuing the course should be approved by the government.

Students who have taken admission in hostels in Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, and Nagpur are eligible. The annual income of the applicant’s family should be less than Rs 8 lakhs. The students should have taken admitted to degrees such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, etc in government-aided colleges.

For Minority Development Department Mahadbt Scholarship

Open Merit Scholarships in Junior College	Scholarships of Rs 50 per month for ten months will be provided to the students of classes 11th and 12th.
Merit Scholarship for Economically Backward Class Students	Male beneficiaries will get a scholarship amount of Rs 40 per month for 10 months and Rs 80 per month for non-hosteller. Female Beneficiary will get a scholarship amount of Rs 160 per month for 10 months and an addition of Rs 100 per month to day scholars as well as to hosteller.

For Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Scholarship

Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Fee Reimbursement Scheme	50% fee of tuition fee and development fee will be provided.
Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Hostel Maintenance Allowance	Hostel Allowance of Rs 3000 per annum will be provided to students pursuing courses in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and Aurangabad and Rs 2000 for students in other locations. Students whose parents are registered workers will get INR 30000 per year for areas like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and Aurangabad.

For Minority Development Department Scholarship

Scholarship	Benefits
State Minority Scholarship Part II (DHE)	A scholarship of INR 5000 will be awarded.
Scholarship for Students of Minority Communities Pursuing Higher and Professional Courses (DTE)	Scholarship amount up to INR 25,000 is given per year.
Scholarship for Students of Minority Communities Pursuing Higher and Professional Courses (DMER)	A total annual course fee of INR 25,000 is waived for the student.
