YSR Rythu Bharosa List 2022: Payment Status, Farmers List

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has started YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme to help the farmers of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and minority landless tenant farmer families of the state. Under this scheme, the state government will provide financial assistance of Rs 13,500 to the beneficiaries. YSR Rythu Bharosa List 2022

On 5th September 2019, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy started YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme. Under this scheme, the state government of Andhra Pradesh will provide financial assistance of Rs 13500 annually to each farmer’s family. The assistance will be provided to the farmers in 3 installments, Rs 7500 in 1st installment, Rs4000 in the second, and Rs 2000 in 3rd installment.

The assistance of Rs 13500 is provided to the farmers by the central and state government. Rs 6000 is provided by the Central government and the rest 7500 is provided by the state government. The first installment of Rs 5500 will be deposited in the bank account of the beneficiaries on 15th May 2022.

The financial assistance will be directly transferred into the farmer’s bank account. There are other benefits under this scheme such as an agriculture loan at a 0% interest rate, life insurance of Rs 5 lakh, free electricity for 9 hours a day and free borewell facilities will be provided, etc.

Bharosa The objective of the Scheme

The main objective of this scheme is to help the farmers of the state.
To promote the agriculture sector, and uplift the economic condition and income of the farmers.
To reduce the debt on the farmers.

YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme Guidelines

To get the benefit of YSR Rythu Bharosd Yojana some conditions adopted by the farmers are necessary.
There is no restriction on land holdings by landlord families under the YSR Rethu Bharosa scheme.
For tenant farmers the minimum required area for the farmer to lease to the farmer is as follows:

acre for agriculture, horticulture, or sericulture
Half acre if the tenant grows vegetables, flowers, and fodder crops
0.1 acre for beta vines

There is also a list of some exclusions under the scheme.

Benefits of YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

Financial assistance of Rs 13500 will be provided to farmer families for 5 years.
Tenant farmers will get Rs. 2500 per year.
Farmers will get a loan at a zero percent interest rate.
Life insurance of Rs 5 lakh will be provided to farmer’s families.
Farmers don’t have to pay road tax for tractors.
Free electricity for 9 hours a day and free borewell facilities will be provided.

I Installment Of YSR Rythu Bharosa List 2022

Under the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy released the third installment of investment assistance on 3 January 2022. About 5058489 beneficiaries have gotten the benefits under the third gap of the scheme.

The government will provide the first tranch on 15 May 2022. Around 47.86 lakh Landowners and 91000 forest cultivators are going to get benefits from the First Installment. The list of all eligible farmers in RBKS will be displayed from 6th May 2022 for the purpose of a social audit.

II and III Installment Of YSR Rythu Bharosa List 2022

The Andhra Pradesh government will release the second and third installments of the scheme by October and January. For the second and third installments, the date has not been confirmed by the government yet, we will inform you as soon as the date of the second and third installments is released.

The beneficiary list of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd installments will be released by the district administration and will be available in your gram panchayat, you can check your name there. If your name is not on the list then you can contact the Mandal Extension office till May 10.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme, the applicant has to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

The applicant should be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
The applicant should be a farmer by profession or must be associated with the agricultural sector.
The farmer should have 5 acres of cultivable land.
Tenant, small marginal, Landowner farmers can vail the benefits of this scheme.

Ineligible For The YSR Rythu Bharosa

Following is the list who are not eligible to apply for the scheme:

All retired persons whose monthly pension is Rs 10,000 or more (excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class 4 / Group D employees) are excluded.
Persons paying commercial tax / commercial tax / GST during the last assessment year are excluded.
Farms that have been converted into home sites, aquaculture, or any other non-agricultural use (updated or not updated in revenue records) are excluded.
All those who have paid income tax in the previous assessment year are excluded.
Professional engineers such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants, architects, etc. who are registered with professional bodies and carry out their practices are ineligible to apply for this scheme.
Regular employees of the local bodies (excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class 4 / Group D employees), along with attached offices / autonomous institutions under the State and Government of the Central Public Undertakings, are excluded.
former or present members of Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha/state legislative assembly/state legislative council are excluded.
Serving or retired, officer or employee of Central government ministry or state government ministry/officers/ departments and their fields are excluded.
Former or current mayors of the municipal corporation are excluded.
The former and current president of the district panchayat is excluded.
All institutional landholders, peasant families in which one or more of its members are former or current holders of the constitutional post,s and former or current ministers and ministers of state are excluded.

Procedure To Check YSR Rythu Bharosa List 2022

To check the YSR Rythu Bharosa List follow the given procedure:

First of all, you have to visit the official website.

On the home page, you have to click on Log In.

Enter User Name, Password, Captcha code, and click on Log in.
Now the list of eligible beneficiary details will be on your screen with details like Beneficiary name, Father name, and Khatha number.
Now you have to enter the Khatha Number in the Search Box.
Now, beneficiary details will be on your screen.

Procedure to Edit The Information Of The Beneficiary

First of all, you have to visit the official website.
Click on the login, and enter your credentials.
Now the list of eligible beneficiary details will be on your screen with details like Beneficiary name, Father name, and Khatha number.
Now you have to enter the Khatha Number in the Search Box.
Now, beneficiary details will be on your screen.
Now you have to click on the Edit option to edit the details given in the last column.
Beneficiary details will appear along with Web land information and Pss information.
Now check the details, if the filled details are correct then click on “Verify Status” and click on “Mismatch details” if the filled details are not correct.
Then Select Marital Status, Caste Details, Type of beneficiary, Type of Land, Type of Crop, and Check Status.
If details are not matched select the details not matched option and select reject reason.
At last click on submit and save details.

How To Check YSR Rythu Bharosa Payment Status?

First of all, you have to visit the official website.
Now on the home page, you have to click on the Know Your Rythu Bharosa status option.

Now enter the Aadhar Number, then enter the Captcha code and click on submit.
Now required details will be on your screen.

Verification Process

The data of the beneficiary will be verified as per the details in the web land data of the revenue department.
The revenue department will do the work of correcting errors in web land data.
Joint verification and confirmation will be done by Multipurpose Extension Officer.
Random verification will be done at 5% at the Mandal level and 2% at the Division level.
The entire process will be done under the supervision of an officer rank of Deputy Collector.
The agriculture department will work as a system integrator, agriculture department will help in collecting the data from different sources like web land, household, survey, Income tax pensioner data, etc.

Now on the home page, you have to click on the Know Your Input Subsidy status option.
Now enter your Aadhar number and click on submit.
Now your input subsidy details will be on your screen.

Offline Application Procedure Of YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

First of all, you have to visit the official website.
Enter your login credentials.
After login, you have to click on the download application form link.
After clicking on the link application form will be open in PDF form.
Now download the Application Form and print it.
Now fill in all the asked details in the application form carefully.
