U-RISE portal is a collective effort of the Department of Technical Education, Training, Employment, and Skill Development Mission with a view to integrated empowerment of students. U-RISE means Unified Reimagined Innovation for students Empowerment. The main objective of starting this portal is to empower the students of engineering, polytechnic, vocational and skill trainees.
UP U-Rise Portal works as a plat where the trainee of the polytechnic, students, and teachers meet at the same platform. Through this portal, students can access various educational content, information, and services such as digital examination papers, webinars, internships, e-library, video lectures, etc.

- The URISE portal is started by the Uttar Pradesh government and it is operated by the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University, Department of Technical and Education, Department of Labor and Employment, Testing Employment and Skill Development Mission.
